Things To Do Before Installation

Before we can safely install your hot tub for you, there are a number of things that you may need to do to prepare the area the hot tub will be installed.

Base

There needs to be an ideal base for your hot tub to be placed on. A 6 inch contrete base is recommended but patios, decking etc, can be used as long as the weight restraint has been checked. The smallest tub will weigh 1,000 kgs when filled, whereas the largest will weigh in the region of 2,300 kgs. Please ensure the correct loading have been calculated beforehand. This needs to be in place before delivery of your hot tub.
