We offer a range of services whenever you buy from the Hot Tub Factory:

Delivery

Our Delivery Service includes full installation, The spa is delivered to you on a special 'Spa Dolly' to move the spa from the delivery vehicle to the spa base in your garden, it is connected to the dedicated electrical circuit, filled with water, treated with chemicals and fully commissioned ready to use as soon as the water has warmed.

Electrics

When you order an Aegean Spa you are sent the correct Electrical socket suitable for your Hot Tub, this is to be connected to your electrical supply by a qualified electrician prior to the installation of your hot tub.

Initial Treatment

The initial chemical setup will be done by us upon delivery and set up of your hot tub. Full training on the maintenance of your hot tub will also be given.
